Recently my family trust sold a property with Carolyn Collier. Carolyn prepared the marketing recommendation which included the preferred method of sale, a marketing budget, a calendar when all the events would take place, including the advertisement, placement of signs, open homes and culminating with the auction. The property was part of a matrimonial settlement and as a consequence there was an element of ‘sensitivity’ required by Carolyn to manage the two estranged parties.
